Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in our office up to 14 days prior to the seminar date are subject to a 20% service charge. Cancellations after the 14 day deadline, and up to 5pm on the day prior are subject to a 40% service charge. “No shows” or cancellations the day of the seminar are liable for the entire fee. Any cancellation fees charged can be applied as a credit toward registration fees for a future First Adjustment event. All cancellations must be in writing or via email. If First Adjustment cancels for any reason, our liability is limited to the return of the registration fee only. First Adjustment will not reimburse any registrant for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties.

Seminar Policies

  • We carefully adhere to CE requirements and, as such, signing in and out of each session on time will be necessary for full CE credit.
  • We are PACE approved, however, if we do not reach the minimum of PACE attendees, we will be unable to provide CE credit (please call (559) 291-7800 with questions).
  • Regarding children in attendance, although the seminar revolves around this very special segment of the population, to preserve the quality of this program, we request that children remain outside the event room during the entire presentation.
  • No video or audio recording of Dr. Anrig is allowed, however, photographing attendees during the technique session on Sunday is allowed and encouraged for review.

The Kansas City event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Kansas City – Overland Park at 10100 College Boulevard in Overland Park, Kansas. They are offering a special rate for accommodations at this same hotel of just $129 per night plus applicable fees and taxes. Call 913.451.6100 to reserve your rooms and be sure to mention Dr. Claudia’s Anrig’s seminar to receive the special rate. Room reservations must be made before Thursday, August 9th to receive the discounted rate. There is no charge for parking at this hotel. Be aware that it is about 30 minutes from the Kansas City airport (airport code MCI).

The Houston event is being held at the Houston Airport Marriott at George Bush Intercontinental at 18700 John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Houston, Texas. They are offering a special rate for accommodations at this same hotel of just $99 per night plus applicable fees and taxes. Call 800.228.9200 to make your reservations and be sure to mention Dr. Claudia Anrig’s seminar to receive the special rate. Room reservations must be made before Friday, September 21, 2018 to take advantage of this special offer. This hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the George Bush Intercontinental airport (airport code IAH), however, the quickest option is the underground subway as it takes about 2 minutes to get to the hotel. They are offering a 50% discount on parking. Guests get a special rate of $10 per day with a guestroom per night. Regular rates are $12 for 2-4 hours and $26 for any time over 4 hours. Again, our attendees will get a 50% discount on these rates.
